The Blog Is Where It's At

When I first created my blog page for English I thought to myself, "oh, this is going to suck!" But after I posted more and more it started to become fun. It's fun to be creative with our topics that we have been dicussing. The blog page provides a great way to let the teacher hear what each student has to think about what's being discussed in class. Usually I don't participate that much in class but when I come onto my blog i'm not worried about anything and just speak my mind about each topic. Students don't have to worry about being nervous or anything because they are right at the leasure of their own home. I also like the blog because it gives you sense of what everyone in class is like outside of the classroom. I'm really glad that I created this page at the beginning of the semester and wish that more teacher did this kind of thing for participation points.
