In
the essay, "Generation Debt", by Anya Kamenetz she explains how
former college graduates are left to face many problems when they are done
with school. This essay definitely had the most impact on me because I know I don’t
have a lot of money to spend on college and need to make sure I do not leave
myself a bunch of debt when I get done with college. She explains how young adults
being in debt and not being able to find a job after college is causing them to
face a “quarter-life crisis.” This essay gave me a great outlook on what I don’t
want to have a problem with when I am done with school and helped me prepare to
not being freaking out after I’ve earned my degree.
